Flourish Furnishings is proud to announce that Cori Wallace has joined the Board of Directors for Flourish Furnishings, the only furniture bank in Kansas City.

Cori Wallace is the engagement director for Della Lamb Community Services in Kansas City, Missouri. A lifetime of non-profit management, Cori developed her skills as the director of Bikers for Babies, then at the National Office of the March of Dimes, later at the Rose Brooks Center, major membership-based organizations, and now, a 125-year old social service agency with four core programs. Cori has served as a board member for the Delta Gamma Center for the Blind – a state-of-the-art facility focused on advocacy, access and experiences for children with visual impairments and their families. Cori is an experiencd equity and belonging educator, and chairs Delta Gamma Fraternity’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Commission. Cori was the first Black woman to join the international board of any National Panhellenic College organization, serving for two terms on Delta Gamma Fraternity’s International Council, in service to 260,000 members worldwide.

As a passionate Kansas Citian, she invites others to share their time, talent, and treasures with and for the progress of our city.
